Tonight, I sat beside my supportive husband, Carl, eating one of our gluten free, filled yeast donuts while watching “Gluten Is a Joke” on Amazon Prime. And yes, tears were shed.

This documentary put into words so many emotions I’ve struggled to explain. The isolation. The anxiety. The feeling of being left out. When you live with celiac disease, those feelings are very real.

But tonight, I also felt empowered. There I was, enjoying a donut that I could safely eat, knowing our company is helping other people experience that same joy. Something so simple can mean so much.

This is why Fully Gluten Free exists. Every time someone tells us they finally get to enjoy something they’ve been missing, it reminds me why I felt called to serve this community. Seeing those emotions reflected on screen touched my heart more than I can explain.

Please watch this documentary and share it with your family and friends. It’s an opportunity to help the people we love better understand what living with celiac disease feels like.

🍎🍩 When it’s Apple Day at preschool school and your grandson asks Grandma to make special donuts… you understand the assignment! 😉

Red sprinkles, little green leaves and pretzel stems made these donuts the sweetest little “apples” in the classroom! 🍎

But that smile? That’s the best part. ❤️

💚 We offer lots of gluten AND dairy free options. Seasonal flavors sometimes contain dairy, so always check before ordering.

🌾 We do not use wheat starch. We do use eggs and soy, so please let us know about any additional allergies.
