SATURDAY SPECIAL: The Chi-town Combo!

This is a Chicago beef sandwich that starts with a spicy Italian sausage made just for us by . We pile on house made roast beef, gardi and provolone cheese. It’s served with a side of beef au jus, drip don’t dip if you’re a pro.

The butcher shop has turned into Jurassic Park today! We have these massive dinosaur ribs available. They are beef ribs that get the same treatment as you would cook any other ribs. They are essentially short ribs that aren’t trimmed down, so you know it’s full of extra flavor.
