Good evening everyone. I wanted to make a post with our current pricing and availability as of September 1st 2026.
We are currently priced at $4.75/ # based off the hanging weight. An average mixed 1/4 of beef will be 200 #@$4.75=$950 plus around $200+/- processing paid to Hoffman Meats in Cardington at pickup.
Raising beef cattle is serious business to us and we take great pride in providing a nutritious and delicious source of protein for your family.
We are currently scheduling for October butcher appointments. Message now to reserve your beef!!

Good afternoon everyone!! We have some exciting news. We sold some of our Spelt grain to a local flour milling company. . If anyone is interested in trying some out go to the website and give it a shot! Spelts are an ancient grain with lots of health benefits, plus you're supporting two local small businesses!! It is a whole grain flour which in itself is much better for you.
