When Horace and Fern Wilson started selling sausages in 1959, they didn't know they were beginning a family tradition that would last for more than 50 years -- but they'd done exactly that! UPDATED HOURS effective starting on Memorial Day! We are adjusting our operational hours for the summer season. We will now be CLOSED Monday through Wednesday and OPEN Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-5. We will continue to be closed on Sunday. Thank you all for supporting our business.
