Staas Brewing Company Delaware's first brewery since Prohibition, we are a small-batch, family owned and operated brewpub specializing in Belgian and English beer. Est. 2013
(647)

Owned and operated by Donald and Liz Staas. Due to Covid our business hours are weather dependent, as we currently only allow patio seating and to-go sales. We provide weekly updates on this page, so please check our most recent posts for this week's operating hours. Thank you all for your patience during this difficult time. Staas Brewing features a wide variety of original, all-grain craft craft brews and a cozy tasting room/bar. All beers are brewed in small batches and on premises at 31 W. Winter Street. Follow us on Instagram and Twitter too.
