It’s with a very heavy heart I’m announcing that Rosie’s is closing. After a long debate I’ve come to the decision not to resign my lease, which concludes in February.

I will miss all of you so much. Thank you to everybody who has shown me support over the past year! I will think about you all every day 💜

This past Tuesday, we had our first Euchre Night at The Mill!!🃏💕 I want to extend my gratitude to my incredible neighbor Katie Hux of , who organized this event. Euchre night was one of her favorite things to host at her Main St store, and I’m so happy that she brought the tradition to The Mill! 🥰

Usually Tuesdays I’m by myself in the kitchen preparing all the food for the week. This group hanging out with me, laughing, and enjoying themselves made the place feel so warm and full of love 💜 Thank you to the players for participating, supporting my business, and keeping me company while I cooked!!🍲

🚨 UPGRADE ALERT! 🚨

In 2026, I’m leaving toxic deli meats behind. Preservatives, extra sodium, and ultra processed ingredients shouldn’t have ever been welcomed at Rosie’s. Now you can enjoy air chilled, organic chicken & turkey breast on your sandwiches, and nitrate-free bologna this month as well😋

My goal in this space is to make each menu better than the last. A change like this completely upgrades my food’s flavor and quality!

In addition to finer meats, all sandwiches will now be made to order. This will help me reduce waste, and repurpose my Grab & Go Space for more preservable items.
