🍁It’s officially September, and fall is upon us with cooler weather coming, which means everyone needs to stock up on their favorite maple goods! 🍁 We are always at Joseph's Mercantile , but on Saturday, September 12th, you can also find us as a vendor on Main St for the Arts & Antiques Festival - Arcade from 10-5!! 🍁❤️ Come stock up on maple candy, cream, maple encrusted nuts, granulated sugar, and of course syrup! 🍁 We can’t wait to see you all!🍁

🍁🍁Fresh batch of everyone’s favorite candy is restocked at Joseph’s Mercantile! 🍁🍁The packaging is slightly different, but it is still the same great candy you have come to know and love! 🍁 The new packaging should help keep the candy for longer as candy needs to breathe 🍁

Maple Season 2026 is over, little bit short but very sweet!
Started tapping January 10th,
First boil February 18th
We processed 114,682 gallons of sap
34.2 gallons of sap per tap and final product was 2110 gallons of pure maple syrup!
That is .63 gallons of syrup per tap!
Despite some wind damage mid season and a few equipment failures what a record season!
