“Move your DNA” says Katy Bowman. Adding more intentional movement into your life can drastically change how you feel in your body. I read this book years ago and it blew my mind! I am re-reading it and it definitely reinforces the importance of daily movement. I am passionate about helping people find ways to add more movement into their lifestyle. Strength training is so important! Our bodies are made to lift, pull, push, carry, twist, run, walk, bend, and jump! I have been personal training for over 10years.
