It’s been a little while since I’ve checked in with y’all. How’s everyone doing? How has your garden been this year? Have you had a great growing season or has Mother Nature kept you on your toes?
I came across this picture of Kelsie from back in April, right before we got everything in the ground. Looking at it now is such a reminder of how much can happen in just a few months. What started as tiny seeds and hopeful plans has turned into a harvest we’re incredibly thankful for.
We’ve been blessed with a really productive garden this year. We’ve enjoyed fresh vegetables, shared with family and friends, and even had the opportunity to sell some of our extra produce through K & B Farms. There’s something so rewarding about watching your hard work pay off.
Now we’re starting to wind things down for the season. Most of the garden has finished producing, so we’re focusing on our okra, watermelons, and cucumbers and enjoying every last bit of summer before we start thinking about fall.
We’d love to hear from y’all! What’s been your best crop this year? And is there anything you’re already planning to grow differently next season? 🌿🍉🥒
