UPDATE... The position has been filled. Thank you to everyone for sharing this post.

We are looking for help on our small Dairy farm in Delta Junction Alaska. Short or long term.
If you have a desire to see and work in the interior of Alaska through the summer or longer this is a unique opportunity.

The work would consist of the daily care of the cows, calves, up keep of the barn, and occasionally helping in the field. Equipment operating and animal care skills preferred.

We are very particular of cleanliness as we have on farm processing and host tours so this will be an essential part of the job.

Married couples would be considered as we always need help with bottling and could assist with chores as well.
Short term housing is a possibility. (No pets)

Ideally we are looking for now through the end of September to help us get through our busy season with potential of long term employment.

Due to Alaska running out of milk because of shipping issues, we made an extra delivery to the Fairbanks and Wasilla Walmart stores this weekend. If you hurry they may still have some available. Three Bears may also have some in stock.

Hi everyone. This is a message to all our great Alaska Range Dairy glass bottle customers. We are getting very low on glass bottles. We are having difficulty getting an order of new ones shipped in before we potentially run out so if you maybe have a stash in the corner of your garage please return them soon as possible.
Over the past 2 years approximately 20,000 bottles have disappeared! This does not include the 4000 we expect to be in normal circulation.
We don't want to have to limit filling glass which we might have to in January till the new order arrives.
Any store that sells our glass bottles is required to exchange your empty. It is best to return them to the original store but not necessary. If you have difficulties please let us know.
Please rinse them thoroughly before returning.
