Culinary Arts will be selling truffles and candy for pre-order. Truffles are made with flavor-infused Ghiradelli's dark chocolate ganache, dipped in a chocolate coating and garnished. The truffles and candy will be made to order. Please email me back your order or filled out order form by Monday, December 15th and your order will be ready Thursday, December 18th for pick up (or delivery if specified). Let me know if you have any questions or special requests! Thanks for your support!

Pre-order your sweet treats for the holiday season! Minimum order is a ¼ pound of a certain candy. Delivery or pick-up at high school office on December 18, 2025 or earlier if needed (request below). Let us know if you need it before for sending as gifts or for a specific event. Great for businesses, holiday parties, or gifts. Wings, wings, and more wings! Culinary II hosted their 10th Annual Wings Cook-off on Tuesday! Each team of two had to prepare a platter of wings with a complementary side and dipping sauce. Our distinguished judges ranked the wing platters…but they are winners in my book!

Alaska Grown Unit in Culinary II

How it started: Guest speaker Bryce Wrigley talked about food security and what we can do and are doing in Alaska to combat it.
Then a visit to Alaska Flour Company.

How it’s going: Lots of Alaska grown products, freeze drying, cutting up Alaska apples! Food processing with a mill.

How it ended: Apple butter and Barley flour biscuits and tea! Pinkies up!
