It was brought to our attention of a post on one of our community sites of an unhappy customer. As we are awaiting approval, we'd like to post our response here:

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with finding your favorite product at our store. This is the first I am hearing of this. I am around most days and some evenings and don't recall anyone mentioning any new requests. What product are you looking for? I'd be more than welcome to help you with getting it ordered. We have been making changes in our store to better assist our community with a larger variety of products. For the past couple months, I've had customers come up to me with good reviews and are excited to see what's to come. I've also had numerous customers mention how we have a better selection than most places in Fairbanks and love looking around for that fresh new product that others don't have. We have to keep in mind that our store is only so big and some slower products have to be discontinued. With that being said, anyone that would like to make a request for certain product can message us on Facebook messenger and/or come in to make a request. We will try our best to get that product in. Thank you all for your patience during this transition.
