Happy Brew Year everyone! After a bad run there (physical limitations driving most of it), my resolution for 2021 is to get back to the kettle and get brewing again! I have some ideas in mind for some new recipes to come up with and try out (Key Lime Margarita Gose, Smoked Winter Warmer), as well as some old ones that need a grand return (Honey Badger Hibiscus Wit , O.C.A. Orange Cream Ale). But most of all, I would like some input from you on what you would most like to see (and drink!) in the new year to come. Post some suggestions; either based on a beer you have had, and please post as much info as you have on it, or one one you have been thinking, "Man, I wish they made a...." If I can figure out how to do a FB Survey, I'll get that set up and we can have a true runoff for the brewing book of 2021. Great to be feeling well enough to say "I'm back, and I'm thirsty. Lets get brewing!"
