Thank you to all of our returning and new Wagyu beef customers for making this a terrific summer for our beef sales at palisade farmers market. You all are liking our beef so much that we are completely out of steaks until spring. We still have hamburger, Wagyu dogs, ribs and roasts available at the farm, so reach out if you would like to visit Delta and pick up more beef. Thank you!!

Show calves have been started on feed and will be tied up any day now.

We are looking forward to the Palisade Sunday Farmers Market, and we have a full crew to help us. Be sure to stop by our booth to pick up some terrific 100% Wagyu beef. We are fully stocked with all cuts - ribeyes and New York strips sell out fast, so make sure you stop by early. See you Sunday 😃

Calf 305 is the first born this year, and 3132 is the last. Age certainly creates a size differential, but even more so, this is a 3/4 Angus calf next to a 100% wagyu calf.

The last Wagyu calf was born yesterday evening. We had quite the hunt to find him hidden in the grass this morning.
