Can vegan restaurants please stop acting like soy is the only meat substitute available? 🤦🏾‍♀️

There are so many whole-food alternatives that taste amazing and give people options:

🍄 Oyster Mushrooms = Chicken, steak, tacos & more

🌱 Jackfruit = Pulled pork, shawarma, stew-style dishes

🦀 Hearts of Palm = Crab, lobster, shrimp & seafood alternatives

🍔 Portobello Mushrooms = Burgers, steaks & sandwiches

🌰 Walnuts = Ground beef alternatives for tacos, spaghetti, lasagna & meatloaf

As a vegan who travels often, I’m tired of seeing menus loaded with soy-based products without clear labeling. Every vegan doesn’t eat soy, and restaurants should be transparent about what’s being served.

Give us options. The vegan world is bigger than soy.
