WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE/FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE
📍 Belstra Milling | Kouts, Indiana

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a hardworking team? Belstra Milling is looking for a Customer Service & Fulfillment Associate to help keep customer orders accurate and moving smoothly from entry through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter feed orders and prepare tags, bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documents
• Assist walk-in and phone customers with orders and pickups
• Coordinate shipping and delivery information
• Maintain accurate records and communicate timing updates
• Help address customer concerns professionally
• Assist with warehouse and production tasks as needed
• Learn to safely operate a forklift

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer technology
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Willingness to work in dusty, hot, cold, humid, and noisy conditions
