A REAL BIG hit this weekend was our BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Bowls 🔥🤤

We tried out our new bowls this weekend and everyone loved them! They’re the same size, just a little wider, making it easier to get a little of that pork with every bite. 😋 And bonus — they’re reusable! 🙌

Our regular bowl starts with our creamy Mac & Cheese, topped with a generous helping of BBQ Pulled Pork, then finished with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. 🔥

But want to kick it up a notch? 🤠 For only $2 more, we’ll add a scoop of our Southern Cowboy Beans right on top of the mac & cheese before piling on the pork!

Busy, busy day!! 🙌❤️

Our eyes popped open bright and early ready to get this day started because we had a BIG one ahead of us!

🚨First up — TRAILER INSPECTION… and we are officially APPROVED‼️🎉🙌

From there, we headed straight to get our new DTR logo graphic put on the trailer, and y’all… I am SO HAPPY with how it turned out!! 😍 Sergio with Signs deSigns & More provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. When I talked to him last week, he told me he would take care of us, and boy did he! I emailed him yesterday and told him we needed it ASAP, and he had it ready and waiting for us when we arrived today. That kind of service means so much, especially to another small business owner!

After that, we made a stop by Southern Boyz Outdoors and picked up a new seasoning to try and we’ve been wanting to try the Farm To Fire Louisiana Fatsoff soup scoop, and then we headed HOME.

And right now, our hearts are just so happy. ❤️

The stress is finally gone. For now. 🤣 And I’m so proud of Fabian for helping keep me calm when it’s usually the other way around! 😁

Through all of this, we’ve had to keep reminding ourselves that God is in control and we just have to trust Him. And for two control freaks… whew, that is NOT always easy. 😂 But we did it.

What once started as an idea has officially grown and became even more REAL, and we cannot wait to roll up in our new DTR trailer and see where this next chapter takes us! 🚚🔥

2 people. ONE WHOLE TRAY of Pastalaya.
Picked up yesterday evening… and GONE in less than 24 hours! 😂

No judgment over here because honestly… we’re taking that as a pretty BIG compliment. 🤣👏

I think it’s safe to say they enjoyed it! 😋
