The spent mushroom logs are comprised of hardwood sawdust. About the size of a loaf of bread. I grate it though expanded metal and if I want a finer finish I put it through a screen. Funny how something so ridiculous can bring so much joy....bonus...healthy soil.

This is a dump truck trailer full of spent mushroom “logs”. All that along with 5 trailers full of mulched leaves and two trailers of mustang poo, means composting and mulch BABY! Sorry I get a little excited about it.
