Please join me and your local favorite vendor at the Moonlight Market on W Houston tonight from 6pm to 9pm.

We will have our normal menu of infused olive oils: Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, Garden, Garlic Rosemary, and Crackberry Pepper.

We will also have Garlic Sugar, its a great topper for finish product, example: pizza out the oven, pasta, salad, extra. It doesnt not contain sugar, its pure garlic. It will give any dish you add it to a crunchy and savory taste 😋.

And lastly, the crown jewel 😆 - Garlic Honey! We have regular and lemon flavor. It makes a great glaze for your meats (chicken, ham, steak), you can use it to make a gravy, on your breakfast sandwiches, even your stir fry.

Swing by my table, I will have free samples of all items to try 😀.

Also, we are still offering 2 - 5oz bottles for $15, you'll get an extra 1.5oz for the same price of a 8.5oz bottle AND.... you can mix and match flavors 😁.

Have you tried my Garlic Honey? It makes a delicious glaze for any meat (chicken, beef, or pork), or a great addition to breakfast sandwich, or if your looking for immune support 😋. Whatever you decide it's delicious combination that you'll love! Comes in two flavors: Original and Lemon 🍋.

Hey yall,

I snagged a bag of herb Corzetti pasta from Ash & Flour at the Moonlight Market on W Houston (along with a delicious cinnamon roll) and decided to make an oil based pasta with it.

Ingredients:
1 medium/large size sauce pot
Chicken breast
Beef sausage
Herb Corzetti pasta
1 - medium yellow onion diced
2 - red bell peppers diced
1 - bulb of garlic diced
Chicken stock
Garlic Lemon Honey
1 - tablespoon Garden infused Olive Oil
1 - tablespoon Garlic infused Olive Oil
1 - teaspoon of Crackberry pepper powder

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. Pour 1 tablespoon of garlic oil in pot, blacken chicken on both sides (Sorry, forgot to film this process.). Take a baking sheet and cover with parchment paper (optional) and then place chicken in oven for 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Cut chicken into slices if desired once cooked, set aside.

Step 2: In same pot, cook Corzetti noodles per package instructions or to your desire. Set aside and drizzle with olive oil so that noodles do not stick together.

Step 3: In same pot Sauté veggies in remaining oil until they are lightly brown. Remove from pot and set aside.

Step 4: Brown sausage and garlic. Once browned, add chicken stock (just enough to make a sauce - possibly 1/2 cup), onions, bell peppers, and tablespoon of garlic Lemon Honey. Stir enough to mix and make a sauce.

Step 5: Add chicken back to pot with sausage, veggies, and sauce. Let simmer for 3 minutes then add noodles. Adding garden oil (along with chicken stock - optional) to pasta mixture for added flavor and enjoy.
