Okay, listen... Chef Alex marinated this bad boy overnight, making it one of the most delicious, tender and juicy New York Strips I’ve ever had.
This NY strip is served with cowboy butter over truffle fries. You can have your fries ‘dirty style’ with grilled onions and a fried egg.
