It’s a semi dry blend of our Moscato and Cabernet Sauvignon. The best of both worlds with this one. The Moscato brings in some fruitiness and the Cabernet adds a little dryness to this International Award winning wine!

Two of the most unique wines that we started back in 2015. Back then a lot of brewers were using Bourbon barrels to create bold and unique beers. With our innovativeness we thought why not put wine in Bourbon barrels which back then wasn’t really a thing for any wineries to do. With help of Northern Waters Distillery we used a couple of their bourbon barrels to put our Cabbywood Duck and Chardywood Duck in.
This creation made two very unique and great tasting wines like none other.

The Cabby which is a Cabernet aged in a bourbon barrel made it a little more bold and complex red.
The Chardy which is a Chardonnay aged in a bourbon barrel changed from most Chardonnay’s having a butter finish to it have a very complex taste with a spicy finish!
