This weekend's bake! S'more cake! The birthday girl did not want any form of buttercream or traditional icing, so I went with a stabilized marshmallow meringue fluff.

The inside of this delicious beauty has 3 layers of chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, homemade toasted marshmallow meringue fluff, and toasted graham cracker crust between the cakes. The outside was coated in the marshmallow meringue fluff and toasted then I added the chocolate ganache drip and piled on the marshmallows, chocolate bars, and graham crackers.

The first round of UNT cookies is complete! Move in week and the first week of classes are always very busy for TBCBake. I love making these goodies to brighten up those first couple of weeks for the UNT students!

Safari Baby Shower: White cake with hand painted sugar cookies

50th Birthday Cake: White cake with buttercream and sugar sprinkles

Sweet 16 Tangled: Coconut cake with ombre buttercream and gold details

So cute! Strawberry Shortcake themed cake! This is a strawberry cake with fresh strawberry jam filling and vanilla buttercream. Some of the strawberry are dipped in white chocolate.
