We absolutely love this time of year. It’s so beautiful to see our community rise up and share their joy. To share OUR JOY!

Pride isn’t reserved for June. We hope that when you’re with us on Saturday mornings, or just your usual pre-work coffee run, that you feel our radical acceptance and love for humans just as much as you will for the rest of the month.

Our space is, and always will be, for you. You’ve made a coupla twenty-something le****ns feel more welcome than ever, and accomplish more than they ever thought possible in the last (almost 😭) 3 years. We hope we do the same for y’all.

Our team is having lots of fun in the bakery whipping up seasonal scones and funky cookies!

If you haven't noticed you'll find our biscuits, scones, and cookies starting at 8 AM, every day till sell-out. Things continue to rotate, but we're keeping the Bacon Cheddar Biscuit, Black Pepper Gouda Biscuit, Choco Chip Cookies, and Masa Cookies on (just about) every day!

You can also pre-order cookies, bulk coffee, and bottled syrups through the link in our bio. Be the life of the party!!

We're a small team as y'all know, but we're trying to keep your favorites stocked and your palates expandin'. Come try something new!

Since our initial shift from catering to full time service, we’ve missed getting to be a part of your milestones and celebrations. We’re excited to introduce a couple of fun ways for you to partner with your favorite coffee shop and a super easy way to order.

Starting now, you can pre-order cold brew, drip coffee, house made syrups, and both of our cookies! Any order will need to be placed at least 72 hours in advance and will be available for pickup right here at Triptych.

So things are moving along at the shop, but this project is no joke! We're very grateful for these much needed improvements, but not as grateful as we are for your patience.

Closing isn't easy on any business, especially when it's one of our busiest seasons, and full transparency, this sucks for all of us on the corner! Our team is taking the surprise time off to rest and catch up. 🫶🏻

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, but that doesn't make it any easier 😭
