Guess what day it is...
Soft Red Winter Wheat harvest day!!!
An inspector told us that this is the best field of wheat they have seen in TEXAS!
We are excited to get this into the hands of our distilling and brewing customers!

Barrel 167 showcases everything we strive for in our single barrel program, beginning with expressive aromatics of mint, eucalyptus, and cherry on the nose, leading into a rich and full palate with zesty notes and a subtle honey finish.
