Shift Work Cookie Company Using simple, pure, organic ingredients, we offer a healthy and sustaining treat for those on-the-go and the fine folks in shift work throughout Denton.

Created with in the spirit of feeding hungry servers and bartenders during long hours, Shiftwork Cookie Company aims to offer a simple menu of baked goods to keep you and your fellow staff full and happy through the marathon bar, kitchen or nursing shift. Our house recipe cookie is packed with protein is free of processed ingredients, flour, dairy or egg (and can be ordered gluten free upon request). Check our page for seasonal variations.

-Our preferred sweetener is local honey.
-We use 'chia eggs' to add amino acids and maintain an egg-free product.
-We use only coconut oil unless otherwise requested.
-Our nuts, dried fruits, cocoa nibs and other ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible and USDA certified organic when not. We operate two miles north of Denton's square so delivery arrangements for even small orders will usually be welcome.
