That’s right - this Saturday we’ll be hot pokin b**rs on the patio from 1-6PM - and every third Saturday from October through March!

All you need to do is order a dark l***r at the bar, take it outside and watch that hot poker work its magic!

We’re always on the endless mission to serve the best b**r possible - and that includes pouring.

While abroad, our taproom lead Steph attended a Lukr training course in Pilsen. She came home with lots of tips to share, so we put those to practice this week at an all staff meeting.

Even after years of pouring, there’s always something to fine tune - very grateful for our team’s desire to learn and share with each other.

In two weeks, we’re kicking things off with L***r Land - a tap list full of l***rs from Cohesion and some excellent breweries from across the country.

A new dark l***r has made its way to our menu! We brewed this collab, Lípa, a Tmavé Speciální Pivo, with The Seed out of Atlantic City, NJ.

The Seed also uses locally sourced malt just like Cohesion so we teamed up to create a b**r that showcases great depth of flavor from craft malt, suppilied by Troubadour Maltings and Hillary.

This dark l***r has a bit more roast and richness than our house dark l***r with flavors of dark coffee, light molasses and malt sweetness.

Fun fact: Lípa is the word for Linden Tree, the National tree of Czech Republic!
