We opted for chicken picata (perfectly cooked) and gnocchi (incredibly rich) at Odyssey Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar

Last night we check out a local favorite, Casa Vallarta Mexican Restaurant.

The chicken pepian and the tacos al carbon were both delicious…and the margaritas didn’t disappoint either. 🤤

We had an amazing dinner last night at La Rola Colombian Kitchen in Downtown Littleton…great company, great conversation and of course amazing food!

Thank you Andrea and your team for the delicious:

🍱 picada (platter of morcilla aka blood sausage, chorizo, pork ribs, sweet plantains, yucca fries and corn are pita)
🍱 sweet plantains with a variety of dips
🍱vegan frijolada bowl with rice, beans, avocado, plantains and arepitas
🍱guava bread and rice pudding for dessert

We are so glad we discovered this amazing Colombian food offering and encourage everyone to check it out!

We discovered a FANTASTIC Middle Eastern restaurant in South Denver last night…Sahara in Greenwood Village.

🥘 Pastilla - Sweet and savory pastry stuffed with chicken, caramelized onions, almonds, and special Fez spices, served with powdered sugar and cinnamon

🥘 Grape Leaves - Grape leaves filled with rice, diced tomatoes, fresh parsley, and chickpeas, prepared with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoning. Served with tzatziki

What the evening will entail:

🍁Private event space with a buffet-style dinner + dessert to give you a taste of a wide variety of Colombian dishes
🍁A beverage of your choice (ticket price includes one drink. Additional drinks must be purchased individually)
🍁Presentations from the chef, intentionally designed so that attendees can learn more about the dishes they are eating
