As we approach the end of the year, we are getting all sorts of sentimental. We wanted to take a minute (it would take hours if you didn't stop us) to show our appreciation for everyone that has supported us on this saucy journey. Without the constant love and support from this community, this passion project wouldn't be where it is today. We started this without any idea of where it would take us.

Since our inception, we've traveled to Chicago, Vail, and Boulder atop our local Denver pop-ups. We've grown not only as a business but as a husband and wife, learning from our mistakes (Be a goldfish. Thanks, Ted) and making changes to improve from every event.

As of last week, we've folded 21,600 dumplings and are ready to fold more. We've got some things cooking (had to) for October. Please stay tuned for more details, and again, thank you all for your support.
