Led by warehouse supervisor Ismael Torres, our new direct-to-plant delivery model has cut fleet mileage by 54% and gasoline use by 90%.

We're also proud to celebrate Mirabelle, our CSU Impact MBA sustainability intern, who received the Best Pollution Prevention Project Award for her outstanding work with our team this summer.

We recently welcomed 16 Arrupe Jesuit High School students onsite for orientation — our 23rd year partnering with Arrupe's Corporate Work Study Program, which gives Denver-area students real workplace experience.

This year, our students are diving into hands-on experience across Maintenance, Production, IT, Training, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, R&D, and Wellness, as well as managing our front desks across several of our facilities.

We're proud to keep investing in the next generation of talent — welcome to the team!

Since 2023, Ready Foods has reduced our water intensity by 21.43% — and we're not stopping there. Through improved metering and initiatives like our Hot Grind Project, we're saving approximately 4.5 million gallons of water every year.

This work recently earned us the CGBN Water Innovation Spotlight Award, and it's a reminder that sustainability isn't just a goal for us — it's built into how we make our products every day.
