forget asmr. this is real life. not bad spills & all.
despite spilling it twice, it’s really the perfect fall vinaigrette.
our them apples apple butter tastes like fall in a jar, but i’m a savory girl so i love to make a not bad vinaigrette with it.
you’ll want this apple butter vinaigrette prepped in your fridge at all times. the best part?! it’s easy too.
them apples vinaigrette:
1/8 - 1/4 cup them apples apple butter
1/4 cup balsamic
3/4 cup EVOO
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 small minced shallot Switch Gears Farm
combine everything & whisk. this dressing is a bit thicker, feel free to thin it out with more EVOO.
these TWO not bad spills of the week were heartbreaking for our taste buds. don’t spill yours!
what salad to make?! i love arugula as the base & variations of what veggies & fruit are in season. arugula, toasted walnuts, pecorino cheese, tomato, delicata squash, apple, & chicken is one i’ll be making this weekend.
