Madagascar Vanilla Bean: cold-steeped, not extracted. Ruins store-bought vanilla for everyone who tries it.

Cherry-Almond-Orange Blossom: the one that disappears fastest.

Yuzu-Lemongrass: for the person about to find out they love yuzu.

Smoked Demerara: cured low and slow over mesquite. Makes wh***ey drinkers possessive.
