Stopped by African Grill & Bar to explore some flavors I haven’t had much experience with yet.

One of the things I love most about food is how much you can learn about a culture just by sitting down and trying what people grew up eating.

And this menu is HUGE. Ghana, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Malawi, South Africa and more represented. 🌍

I’m working my way through the food, learning what everything is, and finding some new favorites along the way.
