Some coffee supply chains are built around transactions. Others are built around people.
This is working with smallholder producers in remote regions of Nicaragua where access to stable markets, infrastructure, and long-term support isn’t guaranteed.
This video follows the people behind that work, from office staff to farmers in the field, all contributing to a system being built through consistency, relationship, and shared investment in what comes next.
Because coffee is grown by people. And their stories matter just as much as the cup itself.

Not all coffee comes from systems that support both the business and the people behind it.

This is Nicaragua, where we partner with and grower communities building stability, step by step.

Slide 1: Remote communities where access to markets and infrastructure isn't guaranteed.
Slide 2: Smallholder farms, often just a few hectares, shaping what's possible year by year.
Slide 3: Women learning to prune macadamia trees, children by their side. Expanding beyond coffee.
Slide 4: Our role is to stay consistent—returning year after year to support stability, strengthen partnerships, and invest in long-term growth.
Slide 5: Because coffee is grown by people, they deserve to be known, supported, and part of something sustainable.
