By applying our patented milling technology to specially selected white wheat, we've developed a whole grain flour that preserves the mild flavo

r, color and texture of refined flour. Ultragrain maintains all the nutritional advantages of whole grain flour: increased phytonutrients, lower starch content and four to five times the level of nutrients - including minerals, B vitamins and fiber - found in refined flour. Ultragrain can be used in a variety of recipes and applications, including baked goods, pizza crusts, pastas, tortillas, cereals, coatings, snacks, pancakes, and waffles. It is still a whole wheat product and offers the SAME nutrition as a whole wheat flour. Nothing is being taken out of the whole wheat, and nothing is being added. It is because we use specially selected wheat (non-GMO) and our patented milling process that we are able to get a product that is milder in flavor than the traditional whole wheat flour.
