Thursday: La Aurora Cigar Event at the Smoking Cave x El Septimo Cigar Lounge in Highlands Ranch from 3pm to 8pm. 🚬

Friday: Day Off

Saturday: In Lafayette at Cellar West Brewery from noon to 8pm. 🍺

Surf Seafood Championships was amazing. We brought out the Ole Hickory Pits and our seafood cooker and threw down a nice shrimp boil for over 1000 people. Big thanks to Polidori Sausage for the delicious andouille and Buckhead Meats and Sysco for the all other supplies.

We spent our Thursday evening at the Surf Seafood Championship putting out a shrimp boil for the attendees. Big thanks to Sysco Denver and BuckheadMeatsofDenver for all of the supplies. The Ole Hickory Pits put just the perfect amount of smoke onto the Polidori Sausage andouille sausage.

Just a couple days on the food truck this week and both are at Liquid Mechanics Brewing Co. in Lafayette.

Wednesday: 3pm to 8pm TRIVIA starts at 6pm

Anniversary weekend. We will be there Saturday only, but we are bringing a big ol pig 🐖 with us and throwing down with some great specials featuring thw hog.
