Hello and Good Morning! We have some exciting news to share with you at Oso Rojo Hot Sauce. Over the past few years I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know everyone and creating sauces that prioritize Flavor Over Spice. Together, we’ve created a business that has won awards, produced 20+ sauce collaborations, set up at markets across the state, and shipped bottles all over the world. I couldn’t have done this without you: my loyal customers!

It is with excitement and gratitude that I would like to announce that I have officially transitioned ownership of the business. The new owner, Curt Singer, will be taking the reins and working to expand the distribution of Oso Rojo Hot Sauce. Curt has experience with contract manufacturing, and expanding wholesale distribution businesses. His industry contacts will lend to the wider distribution of the brand which Kirby and I are both very excited to see.

To our wholesale accounts - there should be no interruption in ordering through the Faire platform or email requests. Please proceed as usual and say hello to Curt as he will be the primary point of contact effective immediately. The company email address is not changing.

To our customers - we are going to transition to a new website in the next week. You will see an invitation to sign up for a new account on the new site. Please expect a couple informative emails during this transition period, then back to a regularly scheduled monthly-ish newsletter. Curt is also setting up an “insiders” club that will get early access to new flavors, special deals, and partnerships. Please send us a DM with your email address to be added.

Next weekend (8/24-8/25) of Farmers Markets will be our last this summer. Come on by if you want to stock up at the market one last time! But fear not! We will still be available at your favorite local stores. We are undergoing a big change here at Oso Rojo. More to come on that.

Doing these farmers markets since 2020 has been a crazy journey! So many new friends were made and so many memories. The market community is so strong here in Denver and the small business owners who grind every single day are some of the best people you will ever meet. Ive done markets in the snow, rain, and 100+ heat. Its has been tough at times but totally worth it. Im going to miss all these people that I get to work next to every weekend. Please go to your local market and support these badass people!! I know I will be frequenting my favorites as a customer.

Happy National Hot Sauce Day!!! Ive been off the hot sauce grid the last month or so taking some time to recharge, hangout with family and do some much needed home renovations. But there are some new sauces and collabs already in the works for 2024! Cant wait to show you guys what we have in store and to start another great year! 🐻🌶🔥
