Scenes from last night's incredible Rum Diary pop-up at Central Bistro and Bar!

Last night's pop-up dinner at Central Bistro and Bar was incredible! From ceviche and sangria demos, to a build-your-own mofongo station, to beautiful rum cocktails and cigar rolling, to the grand finale suckling pig and plantain buffet, we were BLOWN away!

Last night was a huge success and an amazing experience for our guests. The team at range really outdid themselves! The bacon and cocktails were among the favorites of the evening.
