We source coffee from small, independent farm owners who grow in ideal conditions. Single-origin coffee means that it comes from one single location, and that we purchase directly from the farmers themselves rather than a middleman. Big labels and bulk coffee tend to not have that extremely fresh taste, due to 1) a lower quality bean, and 2) having a longer period of time on the shelf after roasti
ng. We solve these problems by only sourcing from single farms where we know exactly the quality of bean, and by roasting our coffee every week and in small batches only. Which means when you get a bag delivered, it's going to be as fresh as it can get.
