Fresh out of the field🌾

First cutting alfalfa in 21 bale bundles. Great color, small stem, and lots of leaves; one of the best first cuttings we’ve had!

We’ll be there Saturday from 9-4pm at our new location in our bio!

We will have first cutting 3x3 alfalfa bales and our orchard/brome grass for sale in about three weeks.

We have moved to a new location! Our new address is 7040 Elizabeth St Denver, CO 80229. It’s is about two miles west of our old location in Commerce City.

If you are coming with a long trailer (40’ and longer) please let us know beforehand! Below is a map of how to easily get into our yard.

On another note, our new shed has finished construction at our main farm near Wiggins. This will help us keep our hay dry and green throughout the year!

Our new sign is up at our hay shed in Commerce City! We have different qualities of hay available for all of your animal’s needs, from supreme alfalfa to cow quality hay.

Our last field of first cutting came out great! We have more Orchard/Brome grass in stock for $12/bale $252/bundle. We also have a limited quantity of 3x3 bales available. It is soft and has a nice blue color to it. Patience has been key to making nice hay this year!

As a reminder, our summer hours are Saturdays from 9-4pm, or weekday mornings by appointment.

2nd cut alfalfa will start next week and should be ready for sale by the last week of August.

We will be closed Saturday, August 26th and Saturday, September 2nd. If you are in need of hay those days, please send us a message to schedule a time either before or after those days!

⚠️HAY FOR SALE WEDNESDAY 6/28⚠️

The cool weather and high humidity the past few days has delayed us from baling our first fields. We will start baling Sunday night and will have hay for sale on Wednesday, June 28th. We will NOT be open on Sunday, June 25th.

We will be open from 9am-4pm on Wednesday so you can come purchase hay! If you can not come on Wednesday, we will be open Saturday from 9am-4pm, or weekday mornings by appointment only.

On another note, we have started cutting more acreage this week! We cut just about every week of the summer, so we have new hay coming in weekly.

We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to supply hay to our customers in a timely matter without sacrificing quality!

🌾HAY SEASON IS HERE!! 🌾
We have officially started our first cutting! After getting delayed 3 weeks due to the rain, we have started cutting alfalfa and orchard grass. We will be baling this field entirely in small square bundles; we will have 3x3 bales available when baling the rest of our fields in the following weeks.

Alfalfa bundles will be $10/bale $210/bundle and the orchard/brome grass will be $12/bale $252/bundle.

Also, we now take credit cards! If you would like to purchase hay with a credit card, there will be an additional service fee of around $6/bundle on alfalfa and $7/bundle on grass.

Our summer hours for pickup will be Saturdays from 9am-4pm, or weekday mornings by appointment only.

As of today, we are officially sold out of hay! We will be cutting again around the first week of June.

We are excited to be adding a significant amount of irrigated acres next year to supply our customers with hay year round. Starting in June, we will be offering 3x3 bales of Alfalfa and our Orchard/Brome Grass, as well as our standard 21 bale bundles.

Our first cutting is in full swing! We’re currently working on moving the hay from our fields to our shed, as well as cutting other fields!
