Available this weekend at the City Park Farmers Market and South Pearl Street Farmers Market!

These special ring-shaped cookies are deeply personal to our family and heritage. Talia grew up enjoying biscochos from her Sephardic Jewish family recipe. ❤️

This weekend, we were especially lucky to have a guest baker in the kitchen, Talia’s mom, Gail, who regularly bakes these treats with her Sephardic synagogue community in Seattle.

Biscochos are crunchy, lightly sweet, non-dairy cookies traditionally enjoyed with coffee or tea. ☕✨

Tuesdays with Talia, THROWBACK edition!

Back in college, I started a chapter of at . It felt like the perfect mix. Baking + purpose. We had student volunteers as our bakers, rotating shifts, and fresh challah in different flavors every Friday.

Looking back, it was my first real taste of running a business. Definitely a winding road from there to now 😄
