We just hit 2,500 followers (!!), so it feels like a good time to reintroduce ourselves 👋

We’re Talia & Daniel, the husband-and-wife team behind Talia’s Bakery.

Along with our small but mighty bakery crew, we spend our days baking a whole lot of challah, babka, pastries, and other goodies here in Denver. It’s a lot of work, a lot of fun, and we’re really proud of what we’re building.

And our family is growing too — we’ve got a baby girl coming this fall ❤️

For the Jewish New Year, we’re baking 2 lb round challahs with our special honey dough — with raisins or without (a debate we will not be getting involved in).

We’ll also have honey cake and a few other goodies to help make it a sweet one.

✨ Introducing Sephardic Biscochos ✨

Available this weekend at the City Park Farmers Market and South Pearl Street Farmers Market!

These special ring-shaped cookies are deeply personal to our family and heritage. Talia grew up enjoying biscochos from her Sephardic Jewish family recipe. ❤️

This weekend, we were especially lucky to have a guest baker in the kitchen, Talia’s mom, Gail, who regularly bakes these treats with her Sephardic synagogue community in Seattle.

Biscochos are crunchy, lightly sweet, non-dairy cookies traditionally enjoyed with coffee or tea. ☕✨

Available for one weekend only, we hope you give them a try!
