As a pie shop, our mission is to make the best quality of pies for our community to enjoy & build re You'll love it! to give them a first chance at employment.

Making pie is a mix of art and science all wrapped up in the feeling of family and home. At The Long I Pie Shop, we believe that our pies are an art that you can consume. The Long I Pie Shop bakes our pie in cast iron skillets which makes the crust extra buttery, flaky, and delicious. We use both family recipes like Grandma's Spiced Apple Cranberry Pie and experimental recipes that we've developed

in our own kitchen such as The Honey Flower. As a business, we not only want to give the community we are working in delicious pie, but we want to contribute socially as well. The Long I Pie Shop partners with local non-profits to hire youth at risk of homelessness, exploitation, incarceration, etc. We believe that through a 6 month to a year employment program that addresses everything from hygiene to customer service skills to resume writing and interviewing all incapsulated in love and belief in our employees that the youth in our program will succeed and hopefully start businesses of their own someday.

I eat waaaay more baked goods than I actually bake these days. The goodies I got from bake sale today made my entire weekend and will likely be gone by 9pm tonight. Happy ❤️ and stomach!

Everyone should be celebrated for an entire week for their birthday. A day is just not enough! We were real party animals yesterday to close out Leon’s first birthday week with a few close friends and family.

Thank you for the craft time and space! Thank you lovelies at for the cutest cookies in the world for our little lion party animal. 🦁💕🎉 I made his cakes from ‘s confetti cake recipe and yum.

Happy cookie making season!

A year ago, I was very pregnant making holiday cookies as a part of the most fun maternity shoot ever with ! Today, I’m making holiday cookies again but with the cutest 10 month old and decorating them with our friends. It’s totally my happy place. Cookies + friends = 😁💕🎄 Anyone making cookies today?

, we’ve got to do another one with Leon helping! Maybe next year? 🤔
