Well this is sad. No fan fest this weekend. Hope the Cutthroats come back to Denver for the 2015-2016 season. Good luck to everyone who worked and played for the organization! We look forward to partnering with you in the future!

The Denver Cutthroats organization would like to thank all of our fans for the support that they have given to the organization. While regrettable, the organization will cease business operations immediately and will actively pursue other investors and opportunities in hopes of keeping Cutthroats hockey in the Rocky Mountain region for the 2015-16 season and beyond. All players currently under contract for next season or whose CHL rights were held by the Cutthroats immediately become free agents, and the organization will work with all ticket holders, sponsors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

The Denver Cutthroats Fan Fest planned for this weekend has been cancelled. However, open tryouts will continue as planned, and the coaching staff has been able to secure tryouts with other CHL teams for those players deserving of a tryout.
