Located in Denver on West Colfax. Here at Seedstock Brewery, we are led by one guiding principle: brew the best tasting beer we can. Along the way we've learned a few things - like when to push forward and also when to leave well enough alone. That's why we start with the same old-world, family recipes that have stood the test of time, but we don't stop there. Combined with a heartland work ethic,

and ingenuity, our barrels pour something uniquely American. Which is why we took the name Seedstock. It comes from the farming trade - a term that means saving the best of what you have now for planting tomorrow. We use that same concept in our brewing, taking lessons from the past and applying it to what we do today. This approach allows us to craft straightforward beer for folks who like to drink it. After Many, Many, Many years of working in Radiology, Denise Shacklett has Retired. Today we CELEBRATE WITH HER. Any of you who have worked with her (St. Joseph's Hospital, RIA/Sally Jobe, & Kaiser, or have met this Crazy Lady, are invited to join us today at Seedstock Brewery. Don't say we never gave you anything.

"Still Here" Collective presents-
The Grodziskie
A smoked wheat ale that uses a specialty smoked wheat from Trubador malting (out of Fort Collins) and Saaz hops. This beer is very balanced and easy to drink, coming in at 4.5% abv.

West Coast Pale
Brewed with pilsner malt and a combo of simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Delightful grapefruit aroma, subtle bitterness. Perfect sessionable hoppy beer for these warm days, 5.4% abv.

Allow us to officially introduce you to our newest Seedstock employee- Maggie!🍻

Here are some things to know about our new Beertender-

"I’m a mental health therapist during the week and am happy to be back behind the bar! I like to ride my bike and bike-pack, go to concerts, hang out with my chi-weenie (Pippa), sing (I’m in a show choir), and hang out with my family and friends! With having family who lives in Australia, I also love to travel! For beers, I love to drink sours, limey lagers, or anything a little funky."

Maggie can usually be found behind the bar on weekends- come say "hi!" and give her a warm welcome ❤️

We are with the best community at Seedstock. If you've been in recently you probably walked out with veggies, herbs, flowers, from our neighbors gardens.
We had an idea... a garden exchange + community pot luck.
Put our garden's abundance to good use, enjoy the fruits of our labors, and share a meal with our friends and neighbors
