No Acres Farm I at Renningers in Adamstown, PA s brimming with beautiful blooms, veggie plants and produce for you! Starting with Zinnias, for color through fall. Tall State Fair Variety that branches and gives you load of flowers, on sale for $1.25 ea. or $18.00 a flat of 18.
This week I found some amazing Canna Lilies that are new, Cannova® in orange and yellows, that will add spark to any planter or garden. Purslane has arrived in pots and hanging baskets. A care free plant that has stunning flower and loves the sun. Pretty Purple Shamrocks, loads of colorful Non-stop Begonias, and single pots of Ferns all great for your shady spots The most beautiful big Gerbera Daisies you have ever seen. More herbs, Parsley and Oregano. More Tomato’s with some bigger pots of BIG Beefs and more San Marzano’s.
I have LOCAL TOMATO’S this week for the first time since fall. They are small to med. and the wonderful taste is there. They were tested by me with a shaker of salt, yummmm. I also got big Candy Apple Red Onions that are as pretty as an onion gets. (I think they are beautiful) and more of the white Candy Onions, and for a special treat I have some delicious Peaches from South Carolina that are wonderful. So juicy and just the right sweetness, I can’t stop eating them. More local Asparagus Some thick and some thin, I know my customers prefer one or the other. And more local Cuc’s.
I have lowered some of my prices to delight my customers, Hanging Baskets 2/$20.00 and Zinnias $18.00 a flat of 18 and other great deals through-out. I’ts time to get that garden filled so come to o Acres and fill a wagon! Don’t forget your peaches and tomato’s. I hope to see you there. Open Sat 10-3 and Sunday 7-3.

It’s Memorial Day Weekend at No Acres Farm at Renningers in Adamstown, PA and we proudly honor those who sacrificed everything for the freedom we enjoy every day. We cannot thank them enough.
It’s time to bring beautiful blooms to your garden to enjoy all summer long. One of my new favorites is the Bodacious line of Salvia and we have a lot of them this year! Jammin Jazz (Fushcia) Rhythm and Blues, an intense Blue and Hummingbird Falls, Purple. These sages combine long bloom times, strong color, and low maintenance with ecological benefits. These sages are known for their medium-sized dark green foliage, saturated dark blue or purple flowers, and elegant black calyxes and add striking color and height (3’) to planters and the garden. I added them to my planters last year and they were amazing though the first frost. They are a perennial but, in our zone, they are grown as an annual. Several of my customers told me they came back this year in protected areas near their house. Not 24 hours after I brought these to my stand, I saw the first Hummingbird of the season visiting this, Salvia!
I also picked up some lovely plants that are great, Red Rubber trees, Rex Begonias, Curry, Artemisia, Cyprus Grass, lifesaver cactus, ripple pepper, and more. A lot more Zinnias, Marigolds, Geraniums, Cali, Herbs and Wave Petunias. Some big Dahlias that are stunning and a few Angels Trumpets. BIG FERN baskets. Check out my pricelist for a listing.
Produce is starting to come down, I have Sweet Candy Onions, Candy Apple Red Spring Onions, Local Cucs, fresh Garlic and more local Asparagus.

It’s getting warmer this week at No Acres Farm at Renningers on Adamstown PA, thank heavens, and it’s time to get planting. Last week was Mother’s Day and I was cleaned out of a lot of things by the end of the week (thank you!). I got busy this week and stocked it all up again and brought in some more of your favorites. 540 pots of Wave Petunias, in all kinds of colors. One of my favorite flowers is Bodacious (Black) Rhythm and Blues Salvia, for its striking colors and nonstop flowers, it is also a favorite of the hummingbirds and pollinators. Lantana too, great for gardens or planters, I have every color. Tall African Daisies and Dragon Wing Begonias, Dark Red Coleus, Large Dahlias and so much more. You have to come and see it for yourself! I am working on more of my baskets and planters in our exclusive No Acres Soil that hold the water and nourish the plants, they last all summer long. I have quite an assortment of baskets and buckets that will compliment your home with style.
More Heirloom Tomatoes, German Stripes, Mr. Stripey, and a favorite for sauces and canning, San Marzano, such a beautiful tomato for your garden. and so delicious. I have Heirloom Giant Marconi Peppers that have replaced bell peppers in my garden at home. With their slightly smoky flavor and beautiful color they give you loads of peppers for your garden space. I have listed all pf the different varieties on my price list. I also got a few Skip Laurels that make a great addition to any landscape as a privacy hedge or as a focal piece. Produce is still way too high for my budget but it always is this time of year. Give it a few more weeks and we will be stocked with loads of it. I do have some more local Asparagus that is amazing. This weekend should be full at Renningers, there is always so much to see, and please visit our dealers inside on Sunday who bring a fresh supply of Antiques in every week. I am open Saturday 10-3 and Sunday 7-3 every week through fall. I hope to see you there!

Get Mom the best at the best price anywhere!

It is Mother’s Day weekend at No Acres Farm at Renningers in Adamstown, PA and we have loads of things to help you celebrate the mom’s in your life and to make your garden the most beautiful ever. I will be open RAIN OR SHINE 10-3 Sat. and 7-3 on Sunday. I brought in a ton of Sun Patience in every color, that blooms throughout the Summer. More Marigold in 4 packs and some of the tall variety in pots. Colorful State Fair Zinnias are a favorite of mine as they branch out, with long stems, perfect for bouquets. Beautiful Rex Begonias that will flower, the leaves are so beautiful they outshine the flowers. We found Limelight Helichrysum that will also make your planters and baskets look spectacular. I have some sweet potato vine that looks unusual, I think it may grow Sweet Potatoes, but it is very pretty,
Speaking of Veggies, it is time to plant the tomatoes and I brought in a lot of your favorites, Beefsteak, Super Sweet 100’s, Sugar Gloss, And Sun Sugar, to name a few, I will list them on my price list. And we must have some Basil to go with those tomato’s so I have Genovese, Italian Basil and Thai Basil for $1.25 a pot. or 5/$6.00 and most of the pots have several plants in them that can be separated or grown like a basil bush. We also have some lettuce, Pepper and Zucchini plants.
My Mother’s Day special planters are $8.00 or 2/$15.00 and the Garden Variety Gerbera planters are $6.50 or 2/$12.00.
Not much in produce yet but I do have local Asparagus that is so tender and PA Maple Syrup is back and the best I have tasted. Bread guy stood me up so NO BREAD this week. Will try in 2 weeks. Please come to No Acres Farm and bring your Mom! Happy Mother’s Day!
