Sneak peak...

The 2026 release of Whiskey Barrel-Aged Mr. Sandman arrives this Saturday at our Summer Stout Tap Takeover.

This 13.7% ABV imperial stout spent 15 months in freshly emptied Kentucky bourbon barrels and will be available on draft and in bottles to go.

15 months in Spirit Hound whiskey barrels. Available tomorrow, 6/13.

Good things take time. Great things take 15 months.

Our Barrel-Aged Doppelbock spent over a year resting in Spirit Hound whiskey barrels before making its way into the bottle. The result? A 13.3% ABV barrel-aged lager built for slow slipping.

Bottles and draft pours will be available at both taprooms while supplies last. See you soon.

🍋‍🟩 Lime River North Genuine Draft - Lager with lime 4% ABV
🌊 Tres Dos Ríos - Mexican Lager 4.1% ABV
🍫 Mexican Chocolate Fiesta - Stout with cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla and chiles, 5.5% ABV

Come drink like it’s patio season even if Mother Nature disagrees.
