Some of the best people got married last night, and I was honored to make their cakes.
We had Mexican chocolate, funfetti, cinnamon, and orange cream, while the grooms enjoyed a pink champagne cake for themselves.

When asked me to make this cake, I was so nervous that I wouldn’t be able to make it look nice. It was my first big design on the top of a cake and I had little faith.
Cut to Friday afternoon, taking this cake head on with confidence, and drawing it in one take without stenciling it first. This is one of my proudest accomplishments yet!
Thanks to .cakes and her perfectly timed takeover on ‘s account last week. Arley’s tips and advice gave me the confidence I needed to make Death Star dreams come true.
