PROTECT THE ASIA CENTER ON FEDERAL & THIS BELOVED PHO SPOT 🍜

📍 Tony Pho has been around for a decade serving of course their namesake pho but also a variety of Vietnamese dishes in the little saigon neighborhood on Federal 👏 The aromatic broth is something that could probably cure anything from the common cold to just a bad day, the comfort is something to CRAVE.

There has already been so much erasure of asian culture through Denver that this type of attack feels never ending with mom and pop American dreams being sacrificed for new developments and higher rent prices, it truly feels dystopian.

Losing this feels like losing the representation and education that Denver needs.

THIS BAKERY WITH VENEZUELAN STICKY BUNS & PORTUGUESE EGG TARTS HAS A NEW HOME 👀

📍 has been an icon in the baking industry of Denver since 2018 so many people know them for their tiny stall inside the force but after and over year long process, they finally have a new home in Platt Park 🙌

You can still count on all the favorites like the laminated dough pastries 🥐 their beloved Venezuelan sticky buns, and of course their granola but now with an expanded space comes an expanded menu to include breakfast and lunch too!

Getting used to a new space is an exciting process so head over to to see what they have in the works!

15 YEAR OLD LOCAL FAMILY OWNED FROYO SHOP NEAR DENVER 🍦

📍 has been crafting frozen yogurt near denver for 15 years making me feel like we are still in the 2010s where froyo and my happiness was at its peak 👏

I thought all froyo spots were just big business these days but reminds us that small businesses can do it and do it better 😉

and yes you’ll froyo baby will weight more than expected with the range of flavors and toppings at your disposal 🥵

NEW FOOD FOCUSED FARMERS’ MARKET MIGHT BE THE NEW FAVORITE 👀

📍 is coming out the gate strong with a TON of new small local businesses to try as well as some beloved familiar faces 👏

As someone that likes to curate a 4 course meal for myself with tons of food being made at the market, this one definitely caught my eye 👀

If you wanna stock up the fridge and pantry, they’ve got you covered in that department too!

ARE THESE THE BEST DUMPLINGS IN DENVER 👀

📍 is a easy favorite when you ask around for a dumpling rec 🥟 and i would send you they’re way too duhhhh but it’s also important to recognize the people behind who you choose to support 👏

Local businesses are essential for their personal story telling and i admire and the entire team at for always standing up for their community whether that’s with their voice/platform, welcoming chefs into their kitchen space and supporting other local businesses when they can 🙌

So while you’ll definitely get some unreal dim sum, you’re also supporting people that pay it forward which is pretty awesome 🫶

NEW SPANISH & FRENCH TAPAS BAR IN DENVER 👀

📍 .den is the newest addition to denver but has been crushing the game in Lyons, CO since 2022 so if you haven’t ventured there, there’s no excuses now that they’re cooking up in the neighborhood 🙂‍↕️

The combo of spanish & french means hints of coastal, small plates, but bold flavors too 👏

Could i have eaten through the whole menu, duhhhh is that on my to do list definitely 🥵

BIRRIA CROISSANT MASH UP IN DENVER 🥐

📍 recently reopened in a new home in Sunnyside and they brought back their iconic birria croissant with them 🙂‍↕️

This small family run bake shop is putting together french pastry techniques with a mexican touch which means the birria croissant with consomme is a staple for them 👏

Never would i have thought of this but i’m glad the masterminds at did 🫶
