Last reminder before I close orders on Thursday! There’s a chance I’ll have availability for late orders, but why risk it? Sunday’s menu features a diverse menu with tried and true best-sellers, and the brand new smoke-fried wings. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken lollipops and choice of two sides are on the menu as well.

The latest pre-order is coming at you and featuring a new menu item - smoked fried wings! These are the perfect mix of the smoke flavor and tenderness from the offset, then flash fried in oil to crisp the skin. They’ll then be tossed in your choice of flavor. Perfect snack for football Sunday!

Just a reminder that I’ll stop taking orders Thursday morning. I’ll try to have a little extra in case some orders come in late, but I can’t make any guarantees. Whether you’re looking for decadent brisket smoked for 12+ hours or some tangy chicken lollipops that get glazed in my signature bbq sauce, Saturdays menu will satisfy your cravings! Pork belly burnt ends and pulled pork give you the option of sliders for the family or rich, flavorful bites of slow smoked pork belly for a date night at home. Pork and beef sold by the pound with larger quantities available. A pound should be 2-3 servings. We are also offering smoked mac + cheese and salt potatoes in multiple sizes to fit your needs.

The link to order for next Saturday, July 25th is available and working! Pickup will be available 12-5pm at the Gifford residence in Deposit. Let me know if you need more directions or the address.

If you order a full brisket, feel free to consult me and I will try to pick one to fit your desired number of servings. The ones I pick from usually range by 5+lbs which can mean a $40 difference when I buy it, which is why the price varies on the menu.

Simple menu with all the fan favorites! I’ll close ordering next Thursday morning. Can’t wait to serve you folks.

Sold sold sold! Was awesome seeing my regular customers and a handful of new ones today. I’m always open to suggestions, and next time I’ll try to give everyone more time to place their orders. I keep trying to improve every time, and I thought these to go boxes turned out great! Hope to see you next time
