Hey everyone, Michael Flint here from Flint Ranch. A lot of you know our premium grass-fed beef, but you might not know the exact reason why I started this journey on our 300-acre farm 26 years ago.

A few years back, my health completely hit a wall. I was constantly ending up in Trauma 1 centers, and doctors couldn't figure out why. Finally, the Mayo Clinic diagnosed me with Alpha-gal—a rare condition that made me completely allergic to any mammal meat or dairy. It literally forced me to be a vegan for over 5 years.

To survive and heal, I knew I had to become completely chemical-free. I looked at our family land, which had been row-cropped with heavy chemicals for 50 years, and said: Enough.

We completely stopped the chemicals. We planted massive cover crop cocktails to heal the dead soil. We built 6.5 miles of water lines so our animals could drink pure, limestone-driven mineral spring water. We designed a 20-choice trace mineral sled so our animals can instinctively supplement their own diets.

We call our cattle "Vitamin Cows." They get a different "green smoothie" pasture every single day, get plenty of exercise, and we keep them with their mothers for a full year to build natural, healthy fat molecules.

We went beyond standard organic rules because my own body literally cannot handle shortcuts. And the proof is in the flavor—our beef was recently tested by a world-class salon against Argentina's best, and we scored an incredible 8.5 out of 10!
