I had the pleasure of traveling three hours to Concord New Hampshire to try out 603bbq. I can honestly say it was well worth the trip. I had a great time standing in line talking to strangers and some regulars that had already been to the restaurant. I even had the privilege of speaking with the owner Ben. Ben and his team deserve every good thing coming their way because I can honestly say they served some killer BBQ and I would rate my experience a ten out of ten. I apologize that I did not have any pictures to post as i was bus devouring all of my food. I tried the brisket which was out of this world and fell right apart just the way great Brisket is supposed to be. From one pit master to another
I just wanted to say great job to Ben and his
Team. I could taste the amount of love they pour into making their BBQ and I know firsthand the amount of work that is involved. Im looking forward to returning to try the ribs. So if you haven’t made it to 603 BBQ yet be sure to do so ! Till next time, and again thank you for the great dinning experience.

Happy Friday everyone, I just wanted to inform everyone that I will be setup at Rock Art Brewery tomorrow afternoon with some of my deeeeeeliciousss BBQ. The weather is looking great for tomorrow so be sure to stop on down for some beer 🍺 and BBQ. 🍖

Happy Saturday everyone! The 🌞 is out which makes it the perfect day for some BBQ. Stop on by Rock Art Brewery for some delicious brews and of course BBQ. I have personally tried some of the brews here and can attest they are the perfect summertime beverage. I’ll be here from now until 6:30 p.m or until sellout. So hurry down while supplies last.
